Construction economic chair
The chair provides training of bachelors and specialists at all departments of the university. It trains specialists and masters in the specialities of “Civil and industrial engineering” and “Management of organizations”. The head of the chair is candidate of technical science, Prof. Goiko A.F. Scientific researches are carried out in the following trends:
- economics, organization, management of designing and preparation of cost estimates in construction on the base of the present information technologies ( candidate of economic sciences. Prof. Izmailova K.V., candidate of technical sciences, docent Gritsenko O.S.);
- optimization of investment costs in construction ( member of Construction Academy of Ukraine, doctor of technical science, Prof. Mihels V.O., candidate of economic science, Prof. Goiko A.F.);
- methodology and methodic of economic analysis and financial expertise of investment projects ( academician of Construction Academy of Ukraine, doctor of economic science, Prof. Pedan M. P., candidate of technical science, Prof. Izmailova K.V., candidate of economic science, Prof. Goiko A.F.);
- development of advanced models of technical and economic analysis of economic activities of building contracted organizations and enterprises of construction industry ( candidates of economic science, docents Dudina E.V., Krikun K.V., Gusarova L.V.,Skripnik A.L.);
- adaptation of discount management system in construction in market conditions of Ukraine on the base of advanced information technologies ( candidate of technical science, docent Poltavets L.T., candidates of technical science, lectures Rubtsova O.S., Skrypnyk A.L.);
- methods and models of economic diagnostics and estimation of economic activities in strategic management of contracted organizations ( candidates of economic science, docents Zakorko P.P., Chigasov S.G.).
