Management in construction chair
The chair provides training of bachelors and specialists at all departments of the university. It trains bachelors, specialists and masters in the spesiality of “ Organizations management”. The head of the chair is Member of the Construction Academy of Ukraine, doctor of technical science Anin V.I. Scientific researches are carried out in the fallowing trends:
- improvement of investment and building complex in the institutional level, introduction and development of the new scientific trend “ Investment science”, economic diagnostics of building enterprises and organizations activities in market conditions ( doctor of economic science, Prof. FedorenkoV.G., doctor of economic science, Prof. Bondarenko E.V.);
- development and adaptation of mathematic tools of modeling of building organizations and processes activities including stochastic, theoretical and game models and methods of irregular logic ( the head of the chair, doctor of economic science Anin V.I., doctor of economic science, Prof. Pokolenko V.O., candidate of technical science, docent Shpakov A.V.);
- development of construction corporate management. Feasibility study of industrial financial and financial building groups activities in construction (docents Bezuhk A.V., Lagutin G.V.,Shpakov A.V.,Borisoba N.O.);
- adaptation of methods and models of design management for the needs of construction economy and management ( doctor of technical science, Prof. Pokolenko V.O., candidate of economic science, docent Pogoleltsev V.M.);
- development of insurance activity in construction ( candidate of economic science, docent Pogoreltsev V.M., candidate of economic science, lecturer Romaniuta I.A.).
