Management in construction chair
Department of Management in Construction in all faculties of the University provides training bachelors, and masters degree in Management. Head of Department – PhD, professor, honored worker of Ukraine G.V. Lagutin.
Research is carried out in areas: - Improving the investment-building complex at the institutional level, the introduction and development of new scientific direction "Investoznavstvo, economic diagnosis of the construction companies and organizations for market conditions (doctor of economic sciences, professor V. Fedorenko).
- Development of mechanisms for integration of building organizations, state and municipal government with universities (Chair, PhD, professor, honored worker of Ukraine G.V. Lagutin).
- Development of organizational and technological models of new content, adapted to the needs of new subjects of construction investment process (Chair, PhD, professor, honored worker of Ukraine G.V. Lagutin; PhD, professor V. Pokolenko; assistant D.A. Pryhod`ko).
- Development and adaptation of mathematical modeling tools for building and processes, including probability, game-theoretical models and methods of fuzzy logic (PhD, professor V. Pokolenko; PhD, associate professor A.V. Shpakov).
- Development of corporate construction management. Justification of the industrial-financial and financial groups in building construction (Chair, PhD, professor, honored worker of Ukraine GV Lagutin; assistant D.A. Pryhod`ko).
- Adaptation methods and models to project management of the economy and management in construction (PhD, associate professor R.Y. Tormosov, PhD, associate professor A. Bondar, assistant A. Chuprina).
- The development of insurance activity in the construction, improvement of tax instruments to influence the processes of investment and construction (PhD, professor V. Pokolenko; PhD, professor G.M. Ryzhakova; assistant S.P. Stetsenko).
- Organizational and economic aspects of equipment selection process for monolithic house-building (PhD, associate professor A.V. Shpakov, assistant D.A. Pryhod`ko).
