Science of commodity and commerce in construction chair
The chair provides basic higher education. It trains bachelors in the speciality of “Trade”. The head of the chair is Member of Construction Academy of Ukraine, candidate of technical science, docent Zakharchenko P.V. Scientific researches are carried out in the fallowing trends:
- evaluation of maintenance costs of buildings depending of technical level of the design and materials used during their construction ( candidates of technical science, docents Zakharchenko P.V., Mikhailivsky V.S.);
- prediction of reliability and durability of designs while using wall materials (candidate of technical science, docent Zakharchenko P.V., engineer Piven N.M.);
- researches of maintenance costs of buildings and structures, determination of applied designs efficiency ( candidates of technical science, docents Zakhdrchenko P.V., Mikhailivsky V.S., senior instructor Piddubna T.A.);
- prediction of reliability and durability of designs while using building materials ( candidate of technical science, docent Zakharchenko P.V., engineer Piven N.M.).
