Water supply chair
The chair provides professional and special training of bachelors in the specialities of “Construction” and “ Water resources”, specialists and masters in the specialities of “Structures and equipments for water supply and water disposal’ and “ Water supply and water disposal”. The head of the chair is Associated Member of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine, doctor of technical science, Prof. Tugay A.M. Scientific researches are carried out in the fallowing trends:
- intensification, optimization and reconstruction of water supply systems ( doctors of technical science, Prof. Tugay A.M., Prokopchuk I.T., candidate of technical science, docent Dupliak O.V., senior instructor Burlay V.A., lecturer Desiatyryk R.V.);
- physical and chemical and other methods of natural water and sewage purification ( doctor of technical science, Prof. Ternovtsev V.O., candidates of technical science, docents Yurkov I.A., Obertas I.A.,Argatenko T.V.);
- evaluation and forecast of water supply and other engineering structures condition, analyses of durability level of natural slopes of soil materials ( doctor of technical science, Prof. Kryzsky M.M.);
- researches of pumping plants work using computer models (candidate of technical science, docent Zalutsky E.V., lectures Ballo V.P., Liubenko V.V.);
- researches and improvement of inside and outside water supply and water disposal systems ( candidates of technical science, docents Petrukhno O.I.,Kushka O.M., senior instructor Grigorash L.V.).
