Heat supply and ventilation
The chair of heat-gas supply and ventilation provides profession-oriented and specialized training of bachelors in direction “Construction”, and specialists and masters in speciality “Heat-gas supply and ventilation”. The head of the chair – Candidate of science, professor Yu.K.Roskovshenko.
Scientific research is carried out in directions:
- development and calculation of effective systems to support microclimate in premises of different application (Dr.Sci.Tech., professor V.P.Korbyt, Cand.Tech.Sci., assistant professor V.P.Dovgalyuk, P.L.Zinych);
- energy conservation and application of secondary and renewable energy resources in the process of heating, heat-gas supply and ventilation of buildings and structures (Cand.Tech.Sci., professor Yu.K.Roskovshenko, (Dr.Sci.Tech., professor M.D.Rabinovich, Cand.Tech. Sci ., assistant professor V.A.Tkachenko);
- aerodynamics and heat exchange of turbulent flow in systems and equipment for heat-gas supply and ventilation (Dr.Sci.Tech., professor V.P.Korbut, Cand.Tech. Sci ., assistant professors V.B.Dovgalyuk, N.V.Stepanov);
- development of engineering systems and measures to reduce atmospheric pollution caused by ventilation emissions. ( Cand.Tech. Sci ., assistant professors O.P.Lyubarets’, P.L.Zinych, O.V.Zadoyany).
